While sitting comfortably in chairs we explore the meaningful relationships between consciousness, energy and substance to understand how our mind, heart and especially our physical body may open to effectively receive, contain and radiate individual, universal and transcendent truth.

Mudrasana is exercised individually, with partners and as group, using guidance from without and from within. Working with music, silence, movement and stillness, we relax beyond our stress, tension, pain and fatigue into comfort, ease and power. Through precise gestures, postures, meditative movement, breath awareness, encouraging letting be and letting flow, we open up to the bliss and to the ecstasy of the dancing cosmos.

Solidity (earth), fluidity (water), radiance (fire), freedom of movement (air) and spaciousness (ether), combined in different ways, bring us conscious control of the auric field, metabolism, nervous system, breath and hormonal flow, are our bodily awareness expands with the knowledge of the five koshas as designated in traditional Tantra-Yoga.

As we deepen our practice, we enter into the realm of the Merkavah, the Chariot of Intent, in which the all-connected dimensions of Spirit, Light, Love, Power, Action, and Matter are rendered distinct and interpenetrating.

Through Mudrasana we focus our will, passion and aspiration, listening and gesturing spontaneously to manifest in our material substance and in our energy field, bliss, vitality and equilibrium.
