Inducing a profoundly restful healing trance. We learn to guide and enable the receivers of our guidance to silently concentrate their will, minds and energy flow in such a manner wherein 15-20 minutes and up to half an hour of practice will function and feel like several hours of very soothing and refreshing sleep. The constituent parts that make up the guided yoga nidra session will be examined and studied to effective use for the training facilitator.

We will learn how to use words, music and silence to focus, relax, let go and allow the healing trance to progressively unfold.
